You need to post TEXT FORMAT in lieu of IMAGE. Last month, my Japanese friend, 整体 faced a terrible fire accident. I advised the following FIRST AID-
Evaluate the situation, does the person have an unobstructed airway, to check if the person is breathing, then to check if the person has major pulse points. Do not move the person unless needed, as it may make injuries even worse. Call for emergency services, or to ask someone to call for help immediately. Do not leave the person alone.
Try speaking to them and by gently shaking if the person is unconscious. If the person is not responding then try to roll onto their back to open the airway. Always keep head and neck aligned. Look and try to feel the signs of breathing. Listen for breathing sounds. First and second degree burns can treat by flushing cool water and do not use ice. Third degree burns should be covered with cloth. Clothes catch Fire, during a fire accident a person's cloth could catch fire in that case the person should not run, instead person should stop and drop to the ground, person should cover his or her face with hands and then roll. Cloths and jewels can be removed from burns, but do not remove cloths that are stuck with burns.

Proper preventive measures taken on time can help to control the number of deaths that happens in fire event. Also, everyone should be aware of first aid techniques that have to be followed in fire burns as it would help to give treatment on time. Fire accidents are always preventable and the consequences are controllable. By knowing the first aid steps one can save his or her life and their loved ones lives. First aid is considered as an ability to control the consequences at the early stage. Thanks!!
